When I'm traveling, how do I use the national access numbers?
When using one of the national access numbers, you will need to use your fully qualified dial-up username. This means you need to append the "@" symbol followed by the domain name (realm) to the end of your username, such as username@xecu.net, or username@totcon.com. If you are unsure what realm your username is listed under, please contact our support staff at 877-932-8638.

I am dialing into a national access number, but I can't send mail, what is wrong?
In some instances you may need to use a different outgoing mail server when using the national access numbers. In these cases, you will need to use relay.xecu.net as the outgoing mail server. If you're not sure how to make this change, please contact our support staff at 877-932-8638.
