Xecunet Rolls out V.92 Access to Area - April 8, 2003 Xecunet, the regions premiere Internet provider, has implemented V.92 technology for it's dialup Internet subscribers in Frederick, Washington, and Montgomery County, Maryland. The new V.92 protocol allows consumers to make and receive telephone calls and faxes while online. In addition, V.92 technology offers up to 60% faster download speeds and up to 50% faster connection times.
